Segment Manager - Gulf Bank

Job Purpose:
To increase Gulf Bank’s share of the UHNW, HNW and HINC market through segment development activities.

Accountabilities:

•Develop effective, compelling and comprehensive packages / promotions to attract new UHNW, HNW and HINC customers
•Plan the execution of marketing packages /campaigns within the segments (UHNW, HNW, HINC) budgets
•Develop marketing communication and campaigns in conjunction with Marketing in order to build relationships with future salary customers
•Retain segment customers with attractive packages to build the customer experience and loyalty.
•Evaluate and update information on the products and services of competitor banks on a continuous basis
•Run post campaign analysis to determine campaign effectiveness and payback
•Ensure CRs, transactions fees projects and system limitations are all in place and properly functioning through coordination with IT
•Ensure all support events achieve the desired business impact/ results through coordination with Events Management
•Implement conversion activities for leads generated by Telebanking, Central Sales and/ or Branches
•Ensure stationary and branding needed for Priority segment is available and up to date through coordination with the visual merchandising team
•Corporate governance & compliance:Work fully within risk policies  & procedures and all compliance regulations

Education, Knowledge, Experience and Skills:

•Education / Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Banking/ Management/ Marketing & Sales
•Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of Banking Products, Customer Segments and Customer Management and local market trends
•Experience: 2- 4 years in banking with minimum 2 years in a similar role
•Generic & Specific Skills:
•Excellent communication
•Bilingual in Arabic & English
•Proficient in IT (MS Office & Banking software)
•Effective Interpersonal skills
•Building and maintaining relationships
