Alshaya's Retail Trainee program is a 6 month program that develops newly graduated Kuwaiti's through structured on the job
training within different divisions in our company as well as the
support functions. Joiners will receive exposure to all aspects of the
business and be able to develop their professional skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
Kuwaiti Nationals
Basic Computer Skills
Good level of verbal and written English
Some retail understanding
Holding a Graduate qualification
Flexibility and ability to work under pressure
Willingness to work in a multinational environment
Responsiblities:
Gain knowledge of the retail business in general
Work within a diverse environment joining one of the fastest growing companies in the region
Select a division to start building a career in retail
Become familiar with the operational process of the chosen division
Undertake training to develop skills and techniques
Observe Processes and implement tasks within the chosen area
