Required Sous Chef Sushi / Maki - M.H. Alshaya

Responsible for the overall food operation & directly supervise Kitchen Supervisors & Employees.

Skills / Experience::
    Creative.
    Motivational.
    Willing to teach.
    2-3 years related experience and/or training.
    Bachelor`s degree (B.A.) in Hotel management or equivalent combination of education.

Key Responsibilities::
Prepares or supervises the preparation of a wide variety of sauces, soups, meats, seafood, poultry, vegetables and other food items cooked in different methods
Assists the Head Chef in with inventories, pricing, cost controls, requisitioning and issuing supplies and equipment for food preparation meet corporate specification.
Ensures that high standards of sanitation and cleanliness are maintained
Consistently maintains standards of quality, cost,  presentation and flavour of food
Prepares reports, costs menu, make schedule and perform administrative duties as assigned.
