Required Investment Manager - Gulf Bank

To provide a quality investment product guidance and support to both clients and relationship managers in order to optimize the sales of investments to HNW / UHNW clients.
   
Education / Qualifications:
        Bachelor’s degree in banking/Management/Finance/investment analysis.
   
Knowledge:
        Sound knowledge of portfolio management, Investment Analysis and various Investments products
   
Experience:
        5 - 8 Years in Banking with minimum of 3 Years in managing client portfolios (priority / private banking environment).
    Accreditation:
        CWM Lev 3 and Investment course (TBC)

        Excellent Communication skills
        Excellent negotiation skills
        Analytical Thinking
        Risk Management orientation
        Bilingual in Arabic & English
        Proficient in IT (MS Office & Banking software)

Accountabilities::

Sales Process:
        Present Investment alternatives to clients and staff; guide them on the features of products; explain and resolve customer issues related to product.
        Provide face to face personal investment guidance on personal assets.
        Offer investment education to existing and potential clients by providing investment consultations.
        Develop depth of understanding across the RM population
   
Product & Market Brief:
        Roll out internal and external product and investment market briefings ensuring all stakeholders are kept abreast of developments, trends and relevant updates. Ensure feedback and ideas for content / format are continuously fed back to the Investments Team.
   
Sales Target:
        Deliver sales of products and services and meet team sales targets. Ensure right products are offerred to right customers through matching lifestyle goals / risk profiles with products.  Execute the level of activity necessary so that the team can achieve sales goals
   
New business:
        Implement marketing and sales programs to acquire new business in order to increase the market share and cross sell for consumer banking.
        Develop networks for new business opportunities
        Build excellent working relationships with internal clients
        Identify “new business opportunities” within existing client portfolios
   
Client management:
        Manage and communicate with designated clients to ensure they receive the appropriate customer service and their issues are addressed fully and promptly.  Client interface is in the form of joint fieldwork together with the relevant RMs.
        Support leads from branch staff for cross selling investment products and services.
         Meet with clients and guide them on investment strategies, taking into account a client's needs.
         Evaluate a client's financial data or investment objectives and provde guidance  based on the client's risk profile and personal financial statements.
        Complete product placement packs on behalf of clients.
   
Client feedback:
        Execute client feedback program and analyze customer satisfaction to ensure plans, service and products can be modified
        Support investment reviews with clients to validate the clients' current investment choices
   
Reports:
        Report on client particulars and activity and recommend resolution of client issues and closures
    Corporate governance & compliance:
        Work fully within: risk policies and procedures and  all compliance regulations
