To provide an appropriate welcome at Restaurant & Kids Clubs for guests and potential guests and kids, maximizing
their dining experience using technical and individual social skills.
Plays the leading role in promoting the desired work culture around “Our
Winning Ways”.
Requirements:
- at least 2 years related experience
- Local hire / transferable
- Arabic language is an added advantage
Key Responsibilities
§ Welcome Kids to the kids club accordingly, following kids club procedures and system
§ Make sure that the Kids Club is well maintained and clean
§ Provide a safe and health Kids club environment
§ Meet and greet all guests, and potential guests, at the front of the Restaurant & Kids Club by ensuring the following:
o Ensure the Restaurant & Kids Club is ready to receive guests prior to opening and that both wait staff and tables are ready in line with opening standards
o Ensure Restaurant & Kids Club operating equipment is clean and in working order
o Maintaining impeccable uniform and personal presentation standards in accordance with hotel policy
o Welcoming guests to the Restaurant & Kids Club, by using the guest name
o Inquiring if they have a reservation and noting it in the reservation book if they do
o Creating a reservation for them with their dining preferences if they do not and noting it in the reservation book
o Being attentive to guest requests
§ Escort guests to their preferred table or reserved table and seat guests according to Restaurant & Kids Club standards
