Marketing Executive After Sales Automotive - Al Babtain Group

The Service Marketing Executive is responsible to actively participate in the development and implementation of the service marketing communication plan and promotional activities aimed at developing awareness, sales and ultimately loyalty for service products.

University or college education with Business or Marketing focus

• Strategic thinker with strong organization and analytical skills
• Good communication skills in oral and written
• Ability to work on multiple projects and thrive in a fast paced environment
• Previous automotive after sales marketing experience is mandatory
• Experience working with marketing agencies
• Strong negotiation skills
• English language is mandatory
• Arabic language is an added advantage.

Responsibilities:-
• Actively support in the development of the annual marketing plan for service products and outlining opportunities and marketing initiatives to foster loyalty and ensure objectives are achieved.
•Participate in the development and implementations of specific programs for customers to enhance loyalty and improve sales and profit. Maximize opportunities and effectiveness of programs with using the DMS. Responsible for the creation of marketing support materials and retailer communications to support these programs.
• Support divisional website in respect to service content and functionally for service products.
• Support in maintaining all on-line platforms including retailers support tools service.
• Responsible for development and the implementation of strategic merchandising programs to ensure service product lines deliver on the brand attributes and expectations of our customers. This includes activities related to retailer POS, display standards for service products and merchandizing services.
• Manage relationships with advertising agencies and outside suppliers, including supporting retailer negotiation and contract discussions.
• Competitive analysis in service channel of other manufactures / outlets.
• Assist as required in the implementation of service channel programs and obtaining necessary approvals per ministry regulations.
• Ensure field teams are fully briefed on marketing programs.
