• Education: Secondary School
• Experience: Five Years of relevant experience.
• Language: Arabic & English.
• Daily check and ensure that the control center equipment are working and maintained properly.
• Verifying that all external cameras are set up and broadcasting properly and all video storage facilities like computer servers are online and functioning and have enough memory storage for the next 24 hours.
• Monitor Security camera footage and report and log any incident to Manager.
• Keep and maintain a written log of any suspicious activities captured by the surveillance equipment.
• Maintain incident logbook of any incidents, accidents and irregularities, such as equipment or property damage, theft, presence of unauthorized persons, or unusual occurrences.
• Call police or fire departments in cases of emergency, such as fire or presence of unauthorized persons.
• Inform and follow-up with IT Department for repair and maintenance of equipment as and when required.
• Ensure the security of the Control Room and all equipment is maintained satisfactorily at all times, which includes access control of all visitors to the Control Room and information within.
