Education:
Bachelor Degree with preferably a major in Retail/Marketing.
Good knowledge of MS-Office packages
Work Experience:
Minimum 7 years experience with 5 years in FMCG and 3 in a supervisory role.
• To manage the day to day activities of shop outlets.
• To ensure the highest standards of customer service.
• To ensure compliance with all government and company policies at all times
II. Basic Duties & Responsibilities
• To assist the retail merchandising supervisor with stock replenishment and control of core stock.
• Work with retail staff and by regular visual checks/physical counts, ensure that stock levels are maintained to agreed levels.
• Ensure expired / damaged goods products are never on display.
• To develop and maintain effective relationships with agents and suppliers.
• Monitor price trends to ensure profit maximization.
• Implement special marketing / sales promotions.
• Ensure high visibility of product displays in all outlets.
• Monitor competitor activities.
• Train and monitor staff at all times and ensure a healthy working environment
