• Check customer documents for Civil ID, driving license, prepare No. plate and delivery documents, post details on VMS.
• Bring vehicle from parking location and hand over to customer.
• Educate customer on vehicle specifications, maintenance and warranty.
• Arrange delivery of vehicles for the volume (bulk) sales.
• Coordinate with the call centers for delivery dates for customers.
• Follow up on promotion schemes, give away campaigns.
