Head of Technology Infrastructure - Kout Food Group

• Ask for and action staff feedback
• Acknowledge progress and celebrate success with the team and individuals
• Review the teams progress against objectives and Personal Development Plans in at least two reviews a year
• Identify a Personal development Plan based on 360 feedback of my behavioural and technical needs.
• Support the team to attend work
• Coach the team to improve technical knowledge and standards
• Regularly review and plan work with the team
• Spot and develop talent ready for moves and appointments and ensure the team have a career discussion every year
• Input into the Group Business Plan to deliver the People Promises so that KFG is recognized as a great place to work
• Support the implementation of the IT Strategy that improves business performance and service to our customers in all countries
• Lead and develop efficiency and responsiveness in the Information Technology processes in all countries.
• Define and select appropriate technology solutions and services and develop a series of Information Technology Service Level Agreements for the business
• Support the delivery of all Information Technology programmes and services to the agreed service levels
• Monitor Information Technology performance through service level reviews and ensure plans are in place where service levels are not being met
• Lead the development of ITIL processes that aim to effectively prevent, resolve and recover IT related business issues
• Manage and control IT projects and lead the development of processes which identify, track and deliver business benefits
• Coach the country IT Teams to help build their understanding of Information Technology and our investment decisions
• Identify continuous improvement opportunities to the IT Service, support and development across the Group.
• Support my team to deliver their work effectively and efficiently by providing ad hoc up skilling on how to deal with IT Service, Support and Development issues.
• Check that the team have implemented all the routines to support ITIL
• Provide the best value for money Information Technology services
• Manage the IT Budget to deliver year on year productivity and unit cost improvements
• Forecast and manage cost centre expenditure for effective use and control of budget
