Compensation / Benefits Coordinator - Mezzan Holding Co
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a UK/US educated, Compensation & Benefits Coordinator to join one of the Middle East's most respected and recognized brands, Mezzan Holding Co. in Kuwait.

This role is to design, implement, manage and administer compensation and benefits programs and company reporting covering the Middle East, including benchmarking, salary review support, sales plan administration, bonus plan administration, job evaluation and ad hoc projects. Mezzan Holding Company is harmonising its reward structure and it is currently reviewing many of the internal reward processes to align where possible as a single organisation. The role is focussed on reward, job pricing, market analysis, management of bonus and sales plan payments, benefits analysis and job evaluation. Emphasis of this role is on making decisions, resolving issues when in discussion with line manager/senior managers and applying creativity on reporting.
This is not a job with an iron job description, adaptability and flexibility are necessary - Able to work alone on variety of challenging projects
SAP user experience for reporting, data manipulation, uploads
Advanced Excel including Pivot tables, V- lookup and macros
Reward (C&B) experience including salary survey participation and analysis, bonus/commision plan understanding, salary ranges, job benchmarking.
Multi- country exposure would be an advantage
Able to establish and maintain good working relationships
Strong level of influence and negotiation skills
Able to deliver effective results, meet tight deadlines and targets
Able to motivate and empower others to reach organisational goals
Good judgment and decision- making skills
UK/US University BA/MA in HR or Business with CIPD/SHRM or equivalent membership
Arabic speaking desirable, however not necessary
Solid experience required, therefore 40+ is desirable
Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, Word, HRIS - SAP
