Hr Project Officer - Mezzan Holding Co
 
You will be of graduate calibre with 'roll up sleeves' mentality and will have a strong understanding of MS Office.
Project Planning or HR experience will be an advantage
Detail-orientated, organised and passionate about delivering consistently high levels of service
Arabic/English desirable, however not necessary
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Experience of Change ManagementAble to work alone on variety of challenging projects
Able to establish and maintain good working relationships
Strong level of influence and negotiation skills
Able to deliver effective results, meet tight deadlines and targets
Able to motivate and empower others to reach organisational goals
Good judgment and decision-making skills
UK/US educated BA/MA HR or Business with CIPD/SHRM or equivalent membership
Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, Word, HRIS - SAP.
