Should be capable and certified to deliver Cisco (CCNA Track - CCNP Track and IINS) EC-Council and other Vendors Official training Courses for Vision International - Training Center in public or private classes in and/or out outside Kuwait based on company and management request.
- To deliver training courses at high standards and insure the participants' (client) receive full customer satisfaction that meet Vision standards at all times.
- Support Vision Cisco instructors Team in their certification development.
- Support Company IT in designing and or planning projects.
- Responsible for reliability, performance and quality of all the Cisco Labs and class rooms.
- Follow up with training vendors for any new certifications development and upgrades.
- Report participant’s feedback, evaluation, complaints and opportunities to Training Center Manager or his Team Leader.
- Assist in the company market awareness.
- Assist in the design and communication of the training courses
- Public/private schedules, outlines, objectives and certification programs.
3 - 5 years of active teaching hands on experience at a known training institution
