Required Trainer Soft Skills in Kuwait

1. Design, develop and update training materials, training aids and assessment tests
based on the identified training needs and source training material.
2. Prepare training schedule as per the Al-Sayer Group training calendar and
training needs assessment.
3. Conduct training sessions in line with the training needs for the Al-Sayer Group staff.
4. Administer assessment tests for job applicants and employees.
5. Perform post training evaluation for training sessions and follow up on
knowledge transfer to the work place.
6. Identify areas for improvement as per the feedback from trainees and
implement changes accordingly.
7. Monitor and Communicate attendance status, evaluation results and training
feedback to the training coordinator.
8. Scan the market for training outsourcing and recommend solutions.
9. Document and maintain records of activities and process workflows

Bachelor degree with 5 - 10 years of relevant expereince in Training.
English and Arabic is a must.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
