Required Administrative Secretary for Crowne Plaza Hotel in Kuwait

To provide full secretarial and administrative support to the OWNING COMPANY. This will include responsibilities for routine administrative matters and enquiries and ad-hoc project work where required.

Essential Duties / Responsibilities
    Provide full secretarial and administrative support.  Ensuring all correspondence (letter, fax and email) is tracked and responded to in a prompt and professional manner, including the composition of responses at own discretion where appropriate.
    Manage autonomously the Director and PR diary.
    Producetravel itineraries, booking flights and hotels, meeting facilities, as required.
    Prepare, compile, edit and issue various reports and presentations as required.
    Process invoices in a timely manner, obtaining relevant approvals.
    General 'housekeeping' administration, including travel/expenses/holiday authorization, including tracking of department budget and expenses.
    Arrangement of meetings and conferences as appropriate, including minute/action point taking. 
    Ad hoc project work as appropriate.

Qualifications:
1.      Fluency in both English and Arabic (oral and written)
2.     Good in making correspondence and business letters
3.     Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Office applications)
4.     Minimum of 3 years experience in a diverse/multi-cultural working environment, preferably in hospitality industry but not required.
5.     With mature perspective and strong inter-personal skills
6.     Experience working with high level executives an advantage
