An excellent opportunity has arisen to join Wataniya Telecom, a multi-national Telco firm. We are looking for someone who will be responsible for increasing company market share and revenue through the management, maintenance and the success of the each “program” in the Prestige & Elite, the Youth and the Expat segments.
The Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain program marketing and service strategy and objectives, for all "Get, Keep and Increase" dimensions.
Oversee the content of each Segment’s program and its evolution in consultation with the relevant Product Specialist.
Set up the operational Marketing budget and the Commercial Communication budgets.
Set up Sales budget and objectives for each Segment.
Validate the long and short term sales strategy proposed by the relevant Product Specialists.
Define the Quality Service objectives (quantitative and qualitative) for each Segment.
Validate the operational marketing Action Plan / Roadmap proposed by each of the relevant Product Specialists.
Approve each Product Specialist’s proposals concerning how existing offers should be adapted to be incorporated into their respective Program.
Validate and approve the Loyalty & Retention programs for each Segment and collaborate with the Loyalty and Retention teams to increase loyalty in each Segment.
Review and assess the performance of each program and ensure good relations with Program Partners.
Review all relevant reports relating to each Segment’s program including the completion analysis, sales reports, appropriate Customer Database to target needs, Customer Satisfaction (nursing calls) reports, Customer Care reports, Back Office reports and others with the Product Specialist and the Account Managers and provide recommendations or feedback accordingly.
Review the Competitive Analysis and Business Intelligence in the market to detect any threats from competitors to each Segment and make improvement recommendations accordingly.
The Person:
You will have strong knowledge of the telco industry in Kuwait
You will present yourself in an articulate manner
Excellent leadership and coaching skills
Strong sales background
Proactively manage and motivate the team to be highly professional and results oriented.
Work to improve employee performance through personal coaching and identifying training and development needs.
