An excellent opportunity has arisen to join Wataniya Telecom, a multi-national Telco firm. We are looking for someone who will be responsible developing, motivating and maintaining an effective network of distributors to achieve, or indeed exceed sales targets and objectives.
The Responsibilities:
Responsible for dealers target achievement for all products and for expanding dealer's base in all geographical areas (shops and terminals)
Manage the distribution of recharge cards of all denominations, and ensures their continuous availability by timely replenishment of exhausted stock
Conduct Dealers' spot check visits
Monitor, analyze and evaluate performance and activities of all dealers
Recommend schemes and training programs that improve dealers' performance
Prepare weekly and monthly reports on all dealer's activities
Maintain regular contact with Customer Care to check the quality of service applications lodged to distributors.
