Key Responsibilities:
- Role model and coach Pinkberry vision, mission and values consistently and Responsible for effectively and efficiently staffing store with Pinkberry profile team members and Deliver high quality orientation and training for all new team members
- Lead and coach Pinkberry customer service model
- Ensure strict adherence to all standard operating procedures and safety and security guidelines and
Motivate store team through effective performance management, timely performance feedback and written reviews, clear goal settings and taking the corrective action when appropriate - Responsible for leading and coaching store team to create emotional connection, customer delight with every interaction and Responsible for identifying and developing internal candidates for future leadership opportunities
- Grow top line sales by identifying and driving optional improvements as well as developing and executing local store marketing plans and Deliver on or above target goals for food and labour cost while aligned with Pinkberry's customer service standards
- 1 to 2 years of retail or restaurant experience.
- Strong team motivator.
