Required HR / Admin Officer - Gulf Paper Manufacturing in Kuwait


1 Surveying of ISO procedures as well as 9001:2008, 14001:2004, 18001:2007 & HACCP.
2 Prepares letter for Ministries for the actual process actions, as well as Mobiles Companies.
3 Checks with Insurance Company regarding employees injury during working hours. If there is any injury report then forward that report within three months to insurance co. for claim.
4 Typing memos, faxes, letters and circular according to Manager’s advices.
5 Attends telephone and conveys message to Finance, Administration & HR Manager

• Excellent spoken and written English skills
• Good knowledge of MS Word and Excel
• Excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent computer skills, including MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint and strong Internet skills
• Self- motivated, team player, high attention to accuracy and pays attention to details
