A Vehicle Delivery officer arranges delivery of vehicles to the customers. His responsibilities include:
1. Check NO - Objection document sent by the showroom salesman for customer details, chassis no., model, specifications and verify details with registration book.
2. Check customer documents for Civil ID, driving license, prepare No. plate and delivery documents, post details on VMS.
3. Bring vehicle from parking location and hand over to customer.
4. Educate customer on vehicle specifications, maintenance and warranty.
5. Arrange delivery of vehicles for the bulk sales.
6. Coordinate with the call centers for delivery dates for customers.
7. Follow up on promotion schemes, give away campaigns.
8. File documents
9. Prepare periodic and adhoc reports and presentations.
10. Document and maintain records of activities and process workflows on E-Synergy.
11. Perform other duties as requested by management.
