The ability to delegate and lead a tram of 100 or more individuals.

Extensive knowledge of financial reports.

Assists in managing appropriate inventory and assists in completing daily /weekly/monthly sales reports.
Identify & recommend opportunities to increase sales through suggestive selling .
3 years or more as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Restaurant Manager in a full service restaurant concept.
Ensure cost handling & till point procedures is handled with accuracy & as per policy.
Ensures implementation of health & safety , food hygiene & Local legislation at all times of operations
Ensure all company policies & procedures are adhered to.
The ability of multi tasks in a high pressure environment.
Responsibilities:
This role will see you report to the Restaurant Manager. Furthermore the Assistant General Manager will have style and flair, someone who thinks outside of the box, and delivers 1st class service at all time by knowing the regulars. You will have an important role in the successful operations of the brand as it is introduced to the region and on training program provides numerous opportunities for career growth those employees to take their initiative to excel at the job.
