Working with the operations and brand merchandising team, the Brand Marketing
Manager will manage the marketing services function to support the
brand and ensure that all above and below the line materials are
delivered within budget and that the content and quality of all
communications enhance the brand and grow the business in line with brand objectives.
Skills / Experience:
Degree level in Marketing preferred
Minimum 5 years marketing experience
Experience of developing marketing plans, advertising and promotions
Good communication, management and organisational skills
Fluent written and spoken English
Written and spoken Arabic is an advantage
Work experience in retail fashion marketing is preferable
Responsibilities:
Responsible for planning & implementation of all brand campaigns for existing & new stores, including promotional activity
Collaborates with the brand team to develop the marketing and advertising plans
Recommends and coordinates the critical path and delivery of brand promotions
Build and maintain all Media relationships with Press through local PR events and measurement
Explore new marketing initiatives through ABL & BTL activities as well as all Social Media Channels
Responsible for the most cost effective and best quality production of all communication materials
To act as the communications partner, promoting and developing the brand
To ensure effective communication with agencies in all markets and ensure adherence to agreed procedures, cost agreements and service levels
Coordinates with brand and operations teams to support the launch / implementation / feedback of marketing initiatives
Guide supporting team to deliver Marketing services, deliver feedback on budgets according to the Business Plan & make recommendations.
Responsible for seasonal budgets and reporting
