Experience:
Equivalent work experience in relevant job
Understanding of Food safety programs, HACCP principles, inspection and audit programs.
Understanding of Food Safety and Quality Management Systems.
Strong knowledge of food production standards and regulations
A highly-motivated individual with entrepreneurial approach,
Culinary knowledge and the ability to discern food.

Responsibilities:
Assist in the hiring of friendly and enthusiastic C.P.F QC (Quality Control) Supervisor.
Work closely with the C.P.F Operations Manager, Senior Production Manager, Maintenance Manager, Service Manager, Maintenance Manager, Training Manager and Food Division QA (Quality Manager)
Provide a constructive feedback on C.P.F Production Team.
Address any needs, outline clear expectations and closely monitor performance
Develop and analyze data and product specifications to determine if the meet the C.P.F. standards and expected quality and reliability of finished product.
Formulate and maintains quality control objectives complementary to corporate policies and goals.
Create and implement inspection criteria and procedures.
Create and implement Product Traceability inspection criteria and procedures
Create and implement Product FIFO (First In First Out) /UBD (Use By Date) movements inspection criteria and procedures
Coordinates objectives with production procedures in cooperation with other C.P.F. Managers to maximize product reliability and minimize costs.
Conduct product inspection throughout the production cycle.
Apply total quality management tools and approaches to analytical and reporting processes within each department.
