The Area Manager is expected to achieve the Brand’s yearly Business Plan
for all stores, through development of the operational delivery of the
brand offer in all Alshaya markets, gathering marketing intelligence to
position operations competitively.
You will have/be:
Substantial operational retail experience.
At least 3 years' multi-site or large site management experience.
Capable of communicating clearly and confidently at all levels (good English language skills are essential).
The ability to interpret business information and statistics to analyze and identify commercial opportunities or potential risks.
The ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve their goals.
A proven track record of making a difference to the profit 'bottom line'.
Responsibilities:
Maximizes sales in all stores through the coaching and performance management of Store Managers
Constantly reviews sales improvement practice, plans and initiatives.
Gathers marketplace feedback and on the ground competitor intelligence for product, price, location, offer, activity and promotions in all Alshaya markets.
