Required Assistant General Manager - M.H. Alshaya, Kuwait

Supports the GM to achieve all restaurant goals and objectives. Responsible for the supervision of management, staff and overall restaurant operations by ensuring that all shifts are executed in a smooth manner consistent with CFI policies and procedures. Acts as a GM in his absence.

    To take charge of staff development and ensure high levels of service
    Manage store operations in coordination with the Restaurant Manager
    To be responsible for high levels of hygiene control and health and safety
    Make sure that company policies and procedures are upheld
    Help ensure store targets are met

Skills / Experience:
    Good spoken and written English, Arabic is desirable
    5 years retail experience as management position is required
    Well-developed ability to make appropriate decisions in stressful situations
    Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet frequent goals and deadlines
    Should come from a five star hotel background

Key Responsibilities:
    Ensures that appropriate products are available and effectively merchandised
    Ensures that standards for quality, customer service, health and safety are met
    Consciously strives to meet or exceed budgetary goals, understands how to achieve sales increase while maintaining expense controls
    Improves Company's performance and ensures business growth
    Implements and monitors the effectiveness of inventory and cash controls procedures
