The Assistant Sales Manager is responsible in driving the sales, service
and operations standards and helping achieve all company set
objectives, maximising sales and maintaining cost controls.
Qualifications:
University Degree
2-3 years experience in Corporate Sales
English is a must
Knowledge of Arabic would be an added advantage
Need to possess strong leadership and communication traits.
Should be passionate about customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage a team including: sales training, recruitment (where applicable), motivation, coaching, development, disciplinary and performance appraisals.
Implement sales strategies & stock positioning according to brand guidelines.
Manage stock replenishment, product launches and promotions.
Ensure sales process is fully compliant administratively and procedurally according to company guidelines and deadlines.
Maximise sales and ensure customer focus is prioritised at all times.
Weekly/daily analysis of commercial reports and implementation of action plans where necessary
