Effectively manage the central kitchen operations to achieve the highest standards of food services
production and quality. Train and manage kitchen personnel and
supervise all related culinary activities; estimate food consumption and
requisition or purchase food; select and develop recipes; standardize
production recipes to ensure consistent quality; establish presentation
technique and quality standards, plan and price menus; ensure proper
equipment operation/maintenance; and ensure proper safety and sanitation
in the central kitchen.
Requirements:
• 8 year experience In the same role and well experience of catering functions.
• A highly motivated leader, able to demonstrate strong organizational and management skills
