We are seeking for a Maintenance Technician to ensure that the continuous running of machinery and equipment, organizing routine maintenance procedures and carrying out repairs.
In addition to it, he will attend to breakdowns of Machinery and to carry out Preventive maintenance.
Qualification:
Relevant Experience : 4 year of relevant experience is required.
Education : I T I or 2 years of technical course in Electrical.
Specialized Experience : Minimum 2 years’ experience in maintenance preferably with in manufacturing industry.
Preferred Language : English (required) & Arabic (preferable)
Job duties include but are not limited to:
- Attends and analyzes all the issues for electrical/mechanical brake down.
- Provides accurate work report.
- Attend to all technical problems in timely manner.
- Making regular checks on machinery according to a planned schedule.
- Attending and repairing breakdowns on machines and equipment.
- Checking and calibrating instruments.
- Replacing parts on equipment as part of a routine maintenance plan.
- Design and construct control panels, and fixtures.
- Assist with machine and tooling improvements on processing equipment.
- Help with machinery and equipment installations.
- Support with mechanical and electrical improvements to plant and equipment.
- Forward planning of resource requirements.
- Planning the work of engineers and fitters.
- Follows the supervisor’s instruction.
- Maintaining cordial association with colleagues.
