Key Performance Areas::
   
Maximising sales and profitability:
    To drive and deliver sales performance in all markets. To manage sales objectives and operational costs, in line with agreed business plan
    To take ownership and leadership responsibility for achievement of weekly/monthly sales targets
    To ensure stores maximise use of space, anticipating and advising changes to layout based on sales or seasonal history
    To influence brand and business managers on concept profile, allocation, depth and width
    To determine and implement plans to correct sales under performance or to exploit sales opportunities

Managing Senior-Level Operations & Visual team
        As a figure of seniority, to lead as first point of contact all operational or integrated/related processes
        To ensure consistency of processes & routines across all markets
        To ensure effective communication & understanding of the operational plans at all levels
   
People Development
        To formulate and execute Succession Plans for field teams, to identify and develop successors
        To empower "future stars" by providing them some extra responsibility or projects to provide a platform for growth
        To set-up regular meetings held with the team to cascade information & to share best practices
   
Brand Relations
        To ensure stores adhere to brand layouts and corporate look
        To ensure that the ME Visual Merchandising is maintained as per the standards agreed with the Host Brand
        To meet with Host Brand Country Managers on a regular basis and to provide performance overview and ensure that best practices are shared & implemented
   
Business Development
        To form an operational perspective, to monitor conditions and trends within the ME
        To develop an operational plan that is updated & reviewed periodically & will deliver operational goals within agreed time lines
        To investigate feasibility of new stores and to work with senior team to agree business cases for locations under investigation

The Requirements::
    15-20 years of operational experience in a Blue Chip retail environment, ideally gained in fashion wear, including a minimum of 10 years in senior management positions
    Very strong technical business analytical tools know how
    Management experience across more than one country – desirable
