Senior Operations Managers - Restaurants - M.H. Alshaya Co

The Role:
    To be accountable for P&L statements ;
    To partner with the operations management team to develop annual sales and profit budgets;
    To lead a team of Area Managers to guarantee that all stores, staff and processes comply with the  brand’s identity ;
    To be accountable for the processes of training, succession planning and people development to ensure all operational positions within the brand are staffed to the optimum level;
    To lead efforts in sourcing, recruiting, and developing human capital resources that grow successful management teams;
    To promote compliance across  markets, company and government policies, procedures and guidelines;
    To assist in locating and evaluating sites for new locations;
    To oversee all guest and employee relations issues;
    To actively get involved in new stores’ openings;

The Requirements:
    Minimum 10 years of multi-unit management experience (min. 50 units)  across large and/or multiple markets;
    Food services speciality (QSR, cafes, casual dining..etc);
    Combining “Hands-On” operational experience and strong coaching skills;
    Stores openings  and ad hoc projects management (catering; events) is a significant plus;
    Must be able to lead by example and inspire the values of the brand;

Skills & Experience:
    Solid training & influencing skills;
    Commercially astute and profit driven;
    Proven track record of delivering success through teamwork;
    Comfortable in managing a variety of cultures and nationalities
    International work experience is a plus
