Duties / Responsibilities:
1. Prepare all administration documents required for /by the Hotel sales team
2. Attend to telephone, fax, email enquiries in a timely manner
3. Co-ordinate all facimile docs as required with the concerned departments and operation of the hotel.
4. Attend daily, weekly and monthly sales meetings
5. Attend to all sales department mail and maintain a correspondence data base
6. Assist with direct mail campaigns
7. Maintain filing systems (manual and electronic)
9. Maintenance and management of data base
10. Assist with promotions and facimiles where requested
11. Assist in Organising client events, functions and exhibitions where applicable and advised by Superiors
12. Assist with compilation of annual budgets, business plan and regular action plans
13. Assist with tender submissions
14. Stock control of collateral
15. Create artwork and have collateral input for flyers for direct mail purposes & assist with promotional activities for rooms & conference
16. Maintain and update promotional flyers
17. Maintain stock of printed material
18. Co-ordinate and maintain supply of corporate gifts and promotional items, office stationary supplies.
19. Distributes sales leads
