Revenue Assurance Unit Manager - Zain


Develop, improve and support automation and efficiency of all required business process and Revenue Assurance models for all products and services.
Work with all product owners to ensure controls are in place to support the lead to cash process for usage.
Develop and implement end to end controls methodology for all products and services relating to Usage.

The Requirements:
    Financial and Operational background 5-10- years’ experience
    Minimum Bachelor degree majoring in Information Technology, Computer engineering
    Have experience in telecommunication industry, managing Control and Development - Revenue Assurance, minimum 5 years
    Project management experience
    Have deep understanding of E2E revenue chain in Telecommunication Industry from RA's point of view
    Have knowledge of architecture, system, and integration of OSS/BSS
    Attention to detail and financial impact
    Knowledge in Wedo Ra tool
    Very Strong analytical and problem solving skills
    Minimum Intermediate ability level of MS Access, Excel and SQL, with proven practical experience
    Ability to document control frameworks
    English skills (writing and verbal)

The Position:
    Support & deliver in the execution of the Cost and Revenue Assurance for all products and services relating to usage
    Initiate regular checks to monitor any weakness in the control points, system or process that may result in leakage and make recommendation for process change, etc.
    Production and analysis of E2E reconciliation from Source, though to wholesale and retail billing and ensuring that all events are received and processed in a timely, complete and accurate manner.
    Analyze and report clearance of exceptions from all provisioning and billing systems
    Provide comprehensive revenue risk analysis to drive internal improvements through prioritization of tasks or resolution activity to mitigate risk across business forums.
    Develop weekly and monthly reconciliation packs and KPI dashboards to reflect the overall performance of event E2E processing.
    Provide feedback and analysis on the cost of products in regard to variances and potential impact to the P&L.
    Champion revenue leakage issues across usage by influencing and engaging key stakeholders on activity and resource requirements necessary to drive revenue maximization.
    Create and update documentation to support the operational E2E framework.
    Providing & supporting the Margin Assurance coverage for a varied spread of customers and systems, with an on-going revenue
    Initiate & support process improvement programs to enhance revenue streams.
    Help develop new reporting models and metrics to improve accuracy, timeliness and efficiency of Revenue operations.
