Business Administrator (Kuwaiti Only)

To perform secretarial duties in support of the Resident Engineer and other Site Staff.

Making correspondence (English/Arabic) in project related issues for both Owner ’ s Rep and Consultant Office filing works for all correspondence, licenses, drawings, etc Taking minutes every site meetings Schedule appointments/meetings at site for both Owner ’ s Rep & Consultant Facilitate site office requirements Prepare Monthly report thru CM ’ s input Prepare Consultants Monthly report for CM Perform any other administrative duties associated with the smooth functioning of the site office.

· Degree or Secretarial diploma · 5 years experience in handling all construction- site related office Activities · Advanced technical writing and communication skills and fluency in the English and Arabic language. Arabic speaker is preferred · Adept in working with Microsoft Office · Good computer handling skills such as preparing spreadsheets, database management , word processing etc
