Online Passport Form Error: - Your present address does not lie within the jurisdiction of Passport Office selected by you at Registration

If you are getting the following error while applying the passport online,


"Your present address does not lie within the jurisdiction of Passport Office selected by you at Registration"

The problem is that when you register the user you have selected another Passport Office.

As of now there is no provision of changing the passport office post userid creation. You need to register with a new userid and this time select the proper Passport Office.

Provide your PINCODE and find the PSK, then select it during the registration.
