Job Responsibilities:
• Deliver IT support through the local Help Desk, calls, and IM. • Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues. • Gather information to determine the issue by evaluating and analyzing the symptoms. • Identify priorities and redirect problems to appropriate resources. • Organize ideas and communicate appropriate messages. • Stay current with system information, changes and updates. • Managing data backups. • User Accounts Management. • Service Monitoring, fault handling and escalation. • Handling all necessary workstation installations and updates. • Managing and maintaining local applications and software. • Perform scheduled tasks. • Plan and monitor maintenance schedules to ensure agreed service levels are achieved. • Making sure that employees are abiding by IT and security procedures. Take part in 18 hour shift rotation.
