The position ensures the learning, adaptability and convenience
of new AAW employees and existing workforce in carrying out new job
tasks that they are assigned to. It also ensures overall orientation and
understanding of the employees of the brands / products. In AAW, this
position also conducts new employee orientation and office
familiarization tour.
Degree in Business Admin./ Mgt. / HR / Psychology / Education
- 2 - 3 yrs. experience in the training field, or experience in business management and administration
- Bilingual-spoken/written English and Arabic
Responsibilities:
- Coordinates and conducts orientation/induction and office familiarization tour for all AAW New Employees
- Conducts brand training on sales and customer service
- Conducts refresher training courses periodically - every six (6) months to ensure consistency and update of the workforce knowledge and skills
- Prepares training materials and workbooks for the departments and delivers appropriate training support activities as requested.
- Coordinates and co-monitors employee performance and development with the Department Managers and Line Managers
- Ensures effective use, update and maintenance of Training Centers, materials, resources, etc.
'- Prepares and submits monthly reports to the Line Manager ., trainings conducted, completed orientation and specific courses, passed / failed, training feedback, training logistics cost, training needs analysis and other related reports.
