As an Analyst, he/she will play a critical role in strategy formulation, channel management, project management, project feasibility and M&A for FMCG industry.
Advise management on Growth & Entry Strategy formulation, business feasibility evaluation, performance improvement (cost reduction, BPR), and organization restructuring.
Qualification:
- Relevant Experience : Minimum of 15 years with Manufacturing Industry.
- Specialized Experience : 10 years in strategic Deployment/Business &Market Analysis management with a strong track record of analytical duties
Preferably in the FMCG, or Commodity sectors.
- Preferred Language : Arabic & English.
Job duties include but are not limited to:
- Strategy Deployment.
o Identify or review the goals and objectives.
o Develops the high level strategic plan: what will it take to achieve these objectives.
o Implementation of Strategic and operational objectives.
- Market Entry.
o Researching and analyzing industry trends and determines how to optimize a business.
- Growth Strategy.
o Vertical integration and Scope of the Firm
o Internal and external growth.
- Route-to-Market.
o Optimizing marketing mix and sales and distribution channels to maximize revenue and profitability throughout the product life cycle.
