Qualification:
Bachelor's Degree/ Diploma
* Bilingual - should be fluent in Arabic and English
* Minimum 3 year's experience in sales is preferable
* Knowledge of relevant computer applications
* Knowledge of customer service principles
* Good negotiations skills
* Transferable Residency

* Maintaining the section and the staffs
* Helping the staff to achieve the target in easy way and Follow up the sales on daily basis
* Making Weekly training in order to improve the sales of each one
* Making Weekly meeting in order to cover all missing points and making weekly schedule
* Follow up the dented stock availability
* Check the low performance staff and find the right solutions
* Help the staff on the floor in order to improve their customer service experience
* Making daily individual meeting with all low performance sales staff
* Highlight the offer of the day in proper location.
