Main Accountabilities
Division Strategy execution:
Localize and execute respective Division and BU strategies.As fully integrated members of the Group Divisions worldwide team act as the extended arm of the Group Divisions and Business Units, and to ensure that there is only one set of numbers and only One Team.Performance targets.Define performance targets for the local team in liaison with the Region and Division, and ensure that performance targets are achieved.
Division strategy development:
Pro-actively participate in the continuous strategic process by providing Local input.Group initiatives / Projects.With support of Local Division Manager act as local coordinator and driver of common Group, Division and BU initiatives such as feeder factories / local engineering centers, e.g. global logistics, investment, global sourcing.
Business opportunities:
As the key front line manager to focus on new business opportunities and synergies between different Local Divisions and Local Business Units, promoting growth and continuous improvement.
Country management:
Represent the division in the Kuwait country management team as well as in Southern Gulf cluster management team and ensure initiative contribution and cooperation.Set local sales and marketing strategy and facilitate proactively execution taking active personal sales role in situations as deemed necessary to ensure successful business to the company.Ensure that the area of responsibility is properly organized, staffed and directed and the desired talent and competencies are in place. Guide, coach, motivate and develop the direct and indirect subordinates within HR policies and safety policies.
