Qualification
Holds Master degree in Management, or HR
Holds PHR or SPHR or CIPD or equivalent.
Experience
Experience 10 years of relevant experience, with minimum 5 years in consulting field.
Skills
High competent with communication and leadership skills.
Proficiency in computer use, including: Microsoft Office.
Ability to do analysis and reach conclusions.
Responsibilities
Conducting meetings with clients throughout all phases of consulting services.
Preparing proposals and contracts relating to management and human resources consulting.
Preparation and completion of the clients’ engaged assignments.
Managing the portfolio of management and human resources consulting services with monthly reporting.
