Operations Clerk - Honeywell

Qualifications
Contract requirements:
·         Must be a U.S. Citizen and requires a SECRET clearance or interim.
·         Must be highly familiar with Property Book Unit Supply – Enhanced (PBUSE).
·         They must possess in-depth expert knowledge of supply program relationships, concepts and methodologies pertaining to supply/property book accountability and supply areas of logistics operations.
·         Knowledge of MICROSOFT Office Software, specifically, Excel spreadsheets, Access Database, and Unit Status Reporting or other forms of Government Readiness Reporting is desired 

Performs administrative and support tasks for the HTSI OIF/OEF organization to include collecting data and formulating labor and financial reports; coordinates travel, TDY, medical and dental support. Serves as records management clerk and maintains the technical library.Principal Duties and Responsibilities include:
-- Assists PM in collecting data and formulating required mission, labor, and financial reports.
- Interfaces with site managers and HTSI headquarters regarding personnel requirements, issues, and actions.
- Coordinates all in-country personnel support requirements including intra-theater travel, vacation travel, medical, and work visa renewals.
- Processes data entry and transmits data to appropriate site.
- Performs administrative/support tasks to support HTSI PM, mission operations, and personnel.
- Edits and performs quality assurance and quality control checks during the input of data from source documents.
- Assists in quality control edits by retrieving reports for the data collectors and Team Chief.
- Organizes all completed source documents and mail with appropriate attachments to filing site.
- Makes weekly transaction tapes along with weekly form counts and prepares tapes and forms to be mailed to appropriate site.
- Performs other duties as requested, directed, or assigned.
