Education/Qualifications: Bachelor’s in Finance / Accounting with mandatory Certificate in Credit Management
Experience: 5 – 8 years in corporate banking
Accountabilities:
New business:
Liaise with marketing and effectively network to capture new business of various clients.
Prepare and review credit analysis reports of new clients based on financials, background etc. prior to verification from the division head.
Recommend prospective and potential clients to management committee.
Revenues & Targets:
Review, discuss and brainstorm annual targets as allocated by the Division Head.
Develop and implement best practices related towards client management for revenue generation
Portfolio Management:
Review, analyze and restructure client portfolios as and when required to maintain compliance with model portfolios.
Regularly assess client needs and risk tolerance of the portfolio to recommend appropriate asset allocation on an ongoing basis.
Prepare periodic reports and presentations for clients and meet with them on an ongoing basis to review performance results.
Advice clients on complex investment relationships.
Adhere to bank guidelines and procedures at all times in portfolio management.
Initiate and follow-up on work out and recovery from clients when required.
Product knowledge:
Ensure up-to-date product knowledge; new and existing products.
Effectively present new products to clients for enhanced revenue generation.
