The Role:
Enhance and increase Retail sales by suggesting and implementing promotional actions and other initiatives for retail shops.
Key Accountabilities and Activities:
•Develop and monitor the Roadmap trade, budgeting events calendar and on-time delivery of projects.
•Develop actions and strategies aimed at sales and target achievement.
•Coordinate all trade operations.
•Coordinate with Marcom on related promotions.
•Report related actions output, assess and adjust roadmap.
•Manage the trade marketing budget.
•Ensure all permits and licences related to an action are delivered on time.
•Align Promotion budget with sales target and deliver the set targets.
•Order and manage retail giveaways stock and assign it to branches as per business requirements.
•Communicate internally about planned actions and results.
•Identify weaknesses and opportunities and act accordingly.
Qualifications:
•Bachelors degree inBusiness Management.
•Required 5 – 7 years of sales or marketing experience- consumer emphasis.
•Strong knowledge of local market conditions and potential target market/ customers and sales techniques
•Creative, innovative mindset.
•Strong relationship management and staff coaching and motivation skills.
•Effective verbal/written communication in both Arabic and English.
