Description
This position is responsible to Lead technically a group of engineers in carrying on the preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance at customer sites as per the signed service agreements using Honeywell tools and techniques following agreed processes and procedures and mainly shall be working within the customer facility.
Also shall implement all required tasks considering quality and safety aspects. This position is playing a main roll in create and sustain the customer satisfactory as well as helping in team member developing.
• Perform/ supervise the preventive maintenance recommended by the company to minimize the system down time
• Perform / supervise the troubleshooting and corrective actions whenever required to ensure timely system recovery
• Ensure the use of the GSM process / procedures and any other tool that will be recommended by the business
• Drive culture of continuous process improvement through regional management structure
• Act as technical interface with customers, establishing professional relationships to ensure that the technical requirements are fully defined, agreed and delivered within planned schedule
• Direct a group of engineers and participates in all phases of engineering projects from inception through completion
• Responsible for cost, schedule, implementation, and technical performance of programs or subsystems of assigned projects
• Report progress and technical problems and changes to the higher level
• Maintain a log book for the site activities as day to day
• Responsible for the career development of direct reports and support future management/engineering capabilities with attractive career plans created and aligned with the Leader
• Proactively recommend potential quality and efficiency improvements and shares technical knowledge back to Discipline Communities and the project team
• Sharing knowledge and coaching other members of Honeywell Service team on an on-going basis and ensure lessons learned are shared
Qualifications
• Engineering Degree
• 10 years+ in relevant role, at least 5 years working on Honeywell ESD systems ,knowledge of DCS (TPS / EPKS) is preferred
• 3+ years as Lead Engineer
• Six Sigma Certification preferred.
• TUV certification is add on
• Has the ability to teach
• Integrative Thinker and results oriented
• Growth & Customer Focus.
• Experience of schedule and commercial reporting on technical scope
• Experience on multiple Oil / Gas/ Petrochemical field/projects
• Products certification
• Discipline certification
• Manage Technical Scope and Time
• Awareness and understanding of PMC tools such as P3 Primavera or MS Project
