Required Administrator - Loss Prevention - M.H. Alshaya Co, Kuwait

The Administrator is responsible for assisting the Department to achieve department objectives & company goals in a timely efficient manner.

Experience:
    Strong computer skills(Word/Excel/PowerPoint etc)
    Comfortable working with numbers
    Confident dealing with people
    Good English verbal and speaking skills
    Proactive and flexible.

 Responsibilities:
    Keep accurate records, review information, consolidate reports & take action where necessary.
    Collect data, analyse & prepare reports as directed by Line Manager.
    Develop relationships both internal & external to achieve objectives within timescales.
    Communicate relevant information to Internal / External parties whilst presenting the Company in a professional manner.
    Pro-actively manage workload to achieve agreed objectives.
    Handle all travel arrangements for the Department including Per Diem and expenses.
