Responsible for receiving calls in a Call Center supporting home deliveries for the Food Division, creating and sending orders to the concerned delivery store.
Responsible for making outbound calls as part of the telemarketing operations.
Experience:
Fluent Arabic or English speaking; bilingual is preferable
Prior experience in food delivery call center

Key Responsibilities:
Work to achieve the set target / KPIs
At the beginning of the Day / Shift; Control that the assigned equipment is working properly; escalate any issues to the Call Center Supervisor
Answer the inbound calls and create customer order as per the Delivery Services Procedures.
Practice effective suggestive selling
Escalate Customer Complaint calls as per set protocol.
Provide “individualized” customer service as per set standards
Conduct outbound calls as per the schedule and follow the call scripts in order to promote “Brands” and /or product.
