As an Op Ex Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Special focus on engineering efficiency, quality (OPQ), project OTD, engineering and project
management resource planning, engineering and project management processes, forecast,
project overdue, project revenues, project EBIT-Margin and project gross margin
improvements.
- Align Operational Excellence strategy to business profit plan for cost out, time, and quality
improvement impact.
- Participate as a key business partner to the leadership team. Help create the future state
vision and deployment actions
- Lead and execute 4Q / OPEX projects to improve the team performance
- Drive core Operational Excellence process across the Operation.
- Identify and lead cost reduction programs. Organize training as well as customer
presentations as applicable or required by sales function .
- Provide support to the Supply Chain Management organization relative to the Supplier
Quality Assurance activities of the operation as well as provide Quality interface, expertise
and support to the organization’s suppliers and partners. This includes the feedback of
supplier performance to suppliers and the division.
- Active use of tools to manage the process
- Perform any other related tasks.
