Our ideal candidate should have
- Ability to use time management skills to prioritize and ensure accurate completion of all works
- Hands on planning experience
- Project Management Software Computer skills i.e. Primavera Enterprise P6, P5,P3
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Self‐starter with a pro‐active, can‐do approach
- Results orientated
- EPC Project experience

As a planner, your main responsibilities include:
-Develop project schedules including preparation of work packages, scheduling, task duration,
setting of milestones, determination of the critical path and resource optimization.
- Control delays in the project schedules and optimize them based on the information received.
- Ensure budget follow-up and control of the project costs.
- Analyze the progress of projects and deviations with respect to the reference approved, and propose
corrective actions.
- Identify the conflicts and dependencies with other projects and propose best use of available
resources.
- Control change requests.
- Estimate the forthcoming expenditures (accruals) for the current month.
- Consolidate and analyze the project indicators.
- Support the time sheet entry and the management of the material expenses of the projects.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of cost control and schedule monitoring tools and
procedures, and the project management process.
- Perform any other related tasks.
