A Receptionist is responsible for assisting the department to achieve department objectives & company goals in a timely efficient manner.
Skills / Experience:
- Minimum 1 year in secretarial and Reception Field
- Organised, energetic & confident.
- Possesses initiative, good interpersonal skills
- Flexible and able to work under pressure.
- Good Communication skills
- Able to communicate in English & Arabic
Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist all company guests/visitors
- Operate telephone systems and coordinate calls
- Arrange reservation of meeting rooms as per division requests
- Distributing incoming mails to all divisions and staff
- Assist store staff in their queries
