Responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the Restaurant & Cafe; following company policies & procedures; ensuring that sales, profitability, & customer service targets are met; & that the most suitable products & services are available to the customer. The focus of the General Manager's job is to improve the Company's performance & ensure business growth. To accomplish this goal, the General Manager will work toward increasing the Store's market share by exploiting opportunities to maximize sales & profitability, & by increasing customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a team within ones own area of responsibility
- Develop internal & external relationships & liaise with key areas to benefit the Business
- Maintain internal processes to ensure quality & continuity of standards
- Develop & implement systems & procedures in compliance with company policy & procedure & local labour law.
Skills / Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in appropriate field or equivalent experience
- 5+ years retail experience as general manager of high end Restaurant or in 5 star Hotels
- Computer literate
- Excellent Written & oral skills
- Good written & Oral English
